But his precise articulation and almost exaggerated clarity often make his reading seem stiff and somewhat uncomfortable, more like a speech than a conversation. Though figures and charts referred to can be viewed as a PDF, frequent references to them may frustrate listeners, especially while in the middle of a task or driving.
